Only getting 100mbps from the LAN ports.

Running a Deco XE75 mesh system from the sky max hub, max hub WiFi is running 600-700mbps but the LAN ports seem to be capping at 100mbps. In the settings for router ports 1&2 seem to be set at 100mbps but port 3 appears to be the full 1gbps but still only getting 100mbps. Using cat6 cables and test completed with a Cat8 cable on a laptop direct to the max hub. After resetting the hub I did achieve similar speeds via the Deco as I did on the max hub but this only lasted a short while. Not sure if there's a negotiation or handshake issue or if it's in the hub settings but would like the LAN ports to run the full speed if you are able to support in getting this done.

This is a very similar problem to one I am having, so following with interest. Also running Deco (M9) but the slow ethernet speeds are seen direct from max hub to tv & PS4 as well

Re: Only getting 100mbps from the LAN ports.

There is no setting on the Sky Max Hub’s user interface to manually change or force the LAN port speed; the router automatically negotiates the highest possible speed with your connected device, typically gigabit (1000 Mbps) if the cable and network adapter support it. If a port is only giving 100 Mbps, this is almost always due to cable quality, device limitations, or a firmware/software issue—not a configurable port speed setting.

Try testing the sky hub ports with different computers and lan cables?

Try updating the firmware on the deco?

@Tim168 On the back off the sky Max hub where the ethernet cable plugs into are there any led lights bottom of the connection one on either side?
