Only Red Power button on sky booster.

Hello, my issue is that when I plug my sky booster box in, the POWER button goes red for about 1 minute, then turns green, all the other lights stay grey, I have tried reconnecting the booster, this is very sad as I recently got this.

Help would be appreciated ASAP

Never had one @Dave1525 so I'm no expert on them, I'm afraid. Which of these boosters do you have? https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-wireless-booster/which-sky-booster-do-you-have

Has it worked before? Have you tried resetting it, as described in the help guide?

I have a SKY BROADBAND booster, I have tried the steps on the website MULTIPLE times but it does not work, im afraid that its broken 😱

If the wireless light never lights up when you start the booster then its faulty
