Ongoing issues with broadband

I'm furious that we're still having ongoing issues with our broadband despite having asked for an engineer to fix this. No engineer arrived to our house despite this being booked! This has been going on for months now and we have been paying for a mediocre service. I want this fixing and I want a refund for the service we have paid.

If there is a fault outside of your property then it will be Openreach who are tasked to go to the location and carry out the repar. They could well be quite busy at present due to the two storms the UK has seen over the last few weeks which will have brought lines down.

 

If nothing appears here then you will need to call Sky for an update.
