Ongoing issue with WiFi

Hi I spoke to Monty on Wednesday 5th March I am having issues with my internet I was told an engineer would check the external line within 48hrs but nothing and I am still waiting for the arrival of the new router. It's detrimental I have the internet for my job can you update me please and possible get the sorted ASAP thank you

This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky so to see if the line check has been done you will have to call them again.
