Ongoing broadband issues

Still having same issues even though got a new box. Occasional freezing. Sky not coming up straight away. Bad reception on mobile calls. Bad reception upstairs. Poor internet connection upstairs.

@MandyWells67 What new box, and who said that would sort it all out?

Do not see any history on the Forum, if you were dealing direct with sky, then do the same again as no difference to the previous as far as you can see reporting that to whoever you manage to speak with!
