Ongoing WiFi Connectivity Issues

I’m writing to report an ongoing issue with my WiFi connection. For the past few months, the signal has been unreliable — it often doesn’t reach other rooms, and when I’m on the phone, the connection frequently drops.

This has been quite frustrating, and I’d appreciate it if you could look into the problem and help resolve it as soon as possible. If possible, I’d also like to upgrade to a faster and more reliable broadband service.
