One device has poor connection

All the devices in the house connect to our WiFi with no issues but one of the PlayStation 5s does not for some reason. It is furthest away but it's only up one flight of stairs and accross by one room

@Jw101189 Is it wireless wi-fi connected that you are trying to do with the PS5!

Yeah they're both wireless connected by WiFi. One works fine the other barely at all and comes up with a "poor" rating for connected devices on the my sky app x

@Jw101189 That will be the cause then poor equals poor wireless wi-fi signal, so you will have to boost the signal to the PS5 or move the hub to a closer location nearer the PS5!
