My laptop was happily connected to the internet and main wifi hub and suddenly today it stopped working. I tried a reboot of the laptop, the broadband hub, and forgetting the wifi on my laptop. Nothing has successfully worked.
The laptop will connect to the internet using the wifi extender we have in the home, just not the main hub.
What else can I try?
This happened about a month ago and sky sent a patch through. I wanted to see if I can resolve the issue myself

What extender are you using? 3rd party extenders can often be the culprit to these kind of things

Yes it is a third party wifi booster, would you recommend switching it off to see if this helps the laptop find the main broadband router?
