On going problems with internet

Hi have had no going problems with my internet for the last 3 months and all I get told it is fixed but it is not .we keep losing the internet and goes off up to 3-4 time a day . please can you get it sorted Thanks

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is primarily a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

You may need to report it to Sky again as we don't know what issues you've had or what Sky / Openreach have done or suggested.
