Often poor connections
Netflix connection often poor on tv upstairs despite upstairs booster and additional plug in WiFi wireless booster, alongside new fibre upgrade. Often slow connections on 2 or 3 phones connected working household. Alexa often disconnects

Re: Often poor connections
@Ghod1 sounds like you nedd to getva proper WiFinsystem in your property mixing Sky's WiFi with third party extender is never an ideal solution. If a single Sky pod wont providecuszble WiFi in ebery room give them a call, they should arrange for an engineer to come who can agree to two further pods.
The other and in my opinion better so,ution is to buy a third party system with sufficent satellites to provide coverage through out your home and turn off tge Sky hub's WiFi. This need not be expensive my own 3 unit system was under £100 and gives a minimum speed of 150Mb/s provides faultless streaming in every room.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
