Obsolete hub

I am advised I will no longer get security updates therefore must be in need of a new router, I can only see options for extra payments

Do you have an old Sky Q hub? I exchanged mine f.o.c. in February 2025 as it wouldn't receive security updates from New Year 2025 into 2026.
