OPENREACH VISIT

I have received a text from Open Reach asking if I have access to my property so they can do external work before my new service is installed however, I cannot reply to the text. What do I do? Thanks.

@Ellib92 the auto text system can only accept either of the exact two replies stated so try doing that. If still stuck call Sky to getvthem to pass on the message.

The replies were confirmed or access, I've replied with confirm to confirm that they can do the external work, but the message just isn't being sent, it keeps bouncing back with not sent.

Your only option is to then call Sky as advised above so they can pass your answer onto Openreach.
