I've just moved into a property with Openreach Full Fibre. The Openreach ONT is installed, but the power adapter is missing. The Power socket on the ONT is empty, so there are no lights on the ONT and my Sky Hub has no internet. Been talking to a robot and we are not understanding each other please help.
Has Sky activated your broadband yet because if they haven't you do have ever wait until this has taken place before speaking to them about it.
