ONT powercable

Hi,

We have moved into our new home and purchased the sky bundle with the stream puck, sky essantial and Netflix. But when plugging this in we have realised our ONT power cable is missing. What should we do about this?

@Eddie68 When is the sky Activation for your broadband connection, the day after that you can call sky and let them know that the ONT PSU is no longer there, they will arrange for OR/CF depending on who supplies it all to get a new replacement with an Engineer to fit for you!

 

Also see this if you wish to do your own thing while waiting on the correct replacement unit being organised!

@Eddie68  It does make you wonder why the previous occupants take the power supply unit with them, you're not the 1st to report this kind of thing.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
