I have recently moved to new home and my sky broadband is set to be activated on 18 August 2025 but my ONT box power cable is missing. I understand that it needs to be escalated by Sky team to Openreach for providing equipment for power supply. How can I get the sky team for as I cannot find any way to do this on website.
@Mariashahid There is no way to do it online, you have to wait until the activation date, at that point all will fail as no PSU for the ONT, you then call up sky report that the PSU is missing and then they will arrange with OR to get a replacement to you! This will also work if you don't wish to wait for OR, but do still inform sky to get the correct part from OR!
I've got the same issue, but can't find a contact number. My only options are the chatbot (which is rubbish) or into these forums. Do you have a contact number?
