ONT power cable missing in new house.
Moved to a new house. While going through the instructions sent to me from Openreach regarding checking the ONT, the power cable for the ONT is missing (Must have been taken by previous owners). When I say this on the 'chat' with openreach it just says we will continue with your activation on XX. Clearly its not going to work. Can't contact openreach directly...only through provider. Help please Sky!

@H_G_T The rules are you are a sky customer so OR will not respond to you, until the activation day when you go live and it will obviously not work then that day you get to call sky, report that the ONT PSU is missing, previous occupiers have take it, then they arrange to get OR to replace it. If you do not wish to wait on that happening then you need to go purchase one from the likes of Amazon etc, but still report it so sky can deal and get you a correct one.
