An engineer came to setup my broadband service yesterday. It was fine. This morning, the ONT LOS was red and I'm unable to connect to the internet.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

The internet for me has been down since monday 10pm, the ONT los is also red. People on my road also havae the same issue.
