Nowtv service check

I have almost no speed on my  nowtv hub 2.

They are making me use sky support to perform a service check, how do I log into sky? I only have a nowtv account.

Sky account linking doesn't recognise the account details.

The speed is so poor I had to log in here on mobile phone data!

@A_Q although Sky and Now are owned by the same group they have two separate systems managung their customers so Sky support cannot pick up your details. Have you run theservice check linked from here https://www.nowtv.com/gb/help/article/having-trouble-with-your-broadband

If thst shows as clear the issue could be poor WiFi in your home if that is possible move closer to the hub and run a speed test on Fast.com if speeds improve then you need to consider improving WiFi in your home.
