Now broadband down

Hi

 

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Now broadband/Sky?

 

I'm based in SE London (SE4) and was told over the phone that there is a current outage. However, I can't see any other reports of this online.

Yes, I've tried this. But when I go to the page all that appears is an error message saying "

Hmm, that didn't go to plan.

Sorry, we can't check your service at the moment. Please try again soon.

Need help with something right now? Get in touch via Live Chat or phone to speak to an advisor."

 

There is then no option to speak to an advisor...

The check service status page doesn't load. Instead loads an error message reading:

 

Sorry, we can't check your service at the moment. Please try again soon.

@Nowhelppp assume you are aware you havecto run theccheck overca mobile connection when your broadband is down.
