Now TV Broadband Customer Stranded

Hi All,

 

I was with Now TV Broadband - Powered by Sky and now the contract has been moved across to Sky proper.
I had an email to say the service would continue, however my internet connection has been lost 

I cant properly access a Sky account as I dont have a Sky account number and the Now TV Broadband website has gone completely

I cant call sky as I dont have an account number and unable to get through on the phone, the chat bot is no help

Have tried linking my accounts up to my address however the Sky website just says service unavailable or try again later 

 

Please help. I dont want to wait 3 weeks to switch providers when i might already have an account with sky that I just cant access.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

I am disappointed.

want to watch a film on Sky Go.

i am 79 and find some of the instructions confusing....please help.

the account is paid by my bank Halifax.

but I think my daughter put everything in both our names?

pkease help.
