Now that I have changed the.contract. My second device does not connect and now neither does my echo dot . It won't connect?

Find out more@Keith115 not sure what you mean by your "second device" but if thst is an old Sky booster and you have a new white hub unfortunately the two are not compatable. The new hub needs its own extenders thst come as part of the Sky Max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
