Not so sure now

Well, I was thinking about Sky Broadband, but with all negative posts on here. Sky, not making it absolutley clear that the speeds you pay for will never be anywhere near what you actually get at your device and Sky making it impossible to talk to anybody. I'll think I'll pass and look somehwere else.

Sky Broadband supplies around six million addresses: the posts in this forum, while undoubtedly significant to those affected, are from a vanishingly small percentage of users.  

 

It's rather in the nature of support mechanisms to be full of problems....

All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.

The contact centres handle thousands of calls daily: posts here are frequently from users who haven't followed an online help path far enough to reach a telephone number (or simply haven't tried)
