Not recieved the Wifi max pods
We had SKY installed in our new house, and we opted for the SKY WiFi Max. We revieved the hub which was installed, but we did not get any of the max pods, and the Internet is intermittant and does not work throughout the house.

@Emma1254 The Max pods are not sent out automatically. You have to request them if you are having issues with Wi-Fi in the property, you are given the first one to install yourself, but if you need more than one then an engineer comes out to install them for you.
In order to get that process started you will need to call Sky and go through the troubleshooting steps with Sky.
