Not received hub

My line is due to go active today. I have not received my hub the engineer was changed to come til Thursday and so was the activation day but clearly not. How do I get my hub dispatched and out to me as I am currently having to £7.99 per day to connect to the local community wifi. It is a joke.

@Aliloomac  So did the engineer attend today or is that Thursday now? What information does it give you in track orders in my account about your router delivery.
