Not received equipment

I am now connected to my new broadband with sky. Open reach have now connected me but I have not received my new rooter ?

@Dolly1990 Are you expecting to get a new hub? If so do you see that indicated in your orders, dispatch or My Messages, received any e-mails about we have sent it to you, it's in the post?

I done have an internet hub, only the sky glass tv, I was with bt. I haven't had any messages from sky about receiving a rooter. Just open reach has activated my service

Yes, but I can't see anything. I'm currently abroad, so finding it difficult to phone sky

@Dolly1990 So you basically have NO idea, when abroad your messages may not be getting to you as text, and the new hub could be sitting just anywhere. Just deal with it all when you are back!

I have 3 kids I can't come back to no wifi.  I have received all my messages and emails from everyone else but no mention of the box. I'll phone them

@Dolly1990 You will not be back to no broadband or wi-fi, as long as you had sky do the switch then the BT/EE router you have will still be working until you switch it all over!
