I seem to have no Internet but when run a health check on sky website says all running fine?

This is a known issue with Sky broadband that TCP/IP connectivity fails but physical connectivity is fine, usually rebooting the router solves the issue or leaving the router off for about an hour and plugging it back into the mains works and everything should come up again.
The known issue with TCP/IP connectivity is being worked on generally, as it is a generic issue impacting numerous users and is hoped to be fixed in the future by Sky.
