Not getting the speed I am paying for

Pay for 500Mb am getting less than 200Mb.

WiFi is intermittent and just need to speak to someone.

going round in circles can anyone help.

 

Very poor customer service from sky.

am sure their is a number to sign up to sky made easily enough.

@KevJb Wired testing have you tried that instead of wireless wifi, and also which sky hub do you have white or black, sky Max or Sky Broadband Hub! Just dial 150 from your landline, that will take you through to speak to sky Customer Service, just follow prompts and NO to being directed to the Help Forum!
