Hi you test say all good but you show no speed why !!! My tests are only showing 145 to 150 speed why ? Peter

@Peter1824 The service checker shows the last 30 day history so you want to go look at it, expand the broadband > to see it all!

500Mbs (400Mbs minimum download speed) is over cable at the Hub, not using WiFi from it.

You should have something like this on the link Jim provided. If you do, then you getting what you paying for.

Wi-Fi speed is another story 😉
