Not getting projected download speeds

I am not receiving my estimated download speeds I should be on 400mbps+ but only getting 1.4mbps on my son's PS5 and 250mbps on my Xbox

@Connorb 

The quoted speeds from Sky are for a device connected via ethernet, not WiFi.
