Not getting minimum speed guarantee

I'm with sky broadband ultra fast recently upgraded due to slow speeds, meant to get 100mb minimum not getting these speeds due to poor connection to router despite new line and new router being fitted by sky

 

How do I claim on this and get it resolved?

@CraigDuffy It tells you what to do in the screenshot you posted and that is call Sky.
