Not connecting to internet

Have had poor internet connection for at least 2-3days now but this morning the internet light on the hub is out completly and the voice light is blinking or solid orange whereas usually i have 4 solid green lights on the front of my router. Tried switching  it off and on, unplugging and waiting, tested my status and speed on the app which seems to think everything is working fine but actually i have no wifi as box cannot connect to the internet. Whats going on? im only new to sky from last month should i expect more of these unknown outages? Please help!

@Lace999 if you useca mobile connection run the connection test in the My Sky app as thst should tell you if Sky are aware of any faults affecting your line. If therexarent call Sky to report the loss of service. There are mutiple possible causes but unfotunately no ISP can ever promiseca totally fault free service.
