Not connecting to broadband

Hi. My sky doesn't seem to be connecting to my broadband to watch anything, I've done checks using the app but it sys it's all OK. With no issues, but still not connecting?

Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:


Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
