Not connected to sky

I changed to Sky Briadband from talk talk around 19 November 2024. Talk talk failed to recognise that and continued to send me bills even though I had received Sky's equipment and installed it. However, when I login to WiFi it is still under the name of the talktalk router. Talk talk have now recognised that I am no longer their customer but I still can't login to sky broadband under the name on their router. The internet is working but unsatisfactory at present. The confusion over the supply may or may not have something to do with it. I don't have total control over my broadband at present and it can be slow and inconsistent

Is the Talk Talk router completely unplugged? Do you have any boosters plugged in?
