Not connected to internet

My phone / TV on YouTube buffering at about 19:15 hours today . My phone says my router is not connected to the internet - but all tests in the APP say it's ok (?) I'm using 4G as nothing works phone or TV ( ie on YouTube ) when connected to WIFI . Something has suddenly gone wrong about 1915-20 hrs

My internet is having the exact same issue. I've tried everything. I'm streaming via my phone's 4G to keep the kids entertained, but it's quickly eating up my data
