Not connected to Internet after reset
Orange light on router, tried turning off and waiting and still not connecting to interne

@Suzanne__ the light indicates the hub has lost connection to the line. Using a mobile connection run the service checker in the My Sky app to see if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If they aren't call them to report it.
