Not accepting the password

I have just set up my hub it's all green lights but no device is accepting the password says its incorrect

Are you sure you are typing the password correctly? The password is case sensitive & some letters can look like numbers & vice versa.

 

Also try holding the reset button on the rear of the hub for 30 seconds to completely factory reset it
