Not able to make or receive phone calls on landline

Have been without my landline since 29/11/24. Keep being told it's an outage in the area. Now my internet is down.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Yes there is an outage in the area.  This has been ongoing since 29/11/24.  Two months without being able to use my landline.  I have had to borrow my sons old mobile for my disabled husband as he does not own a mobile.  There is no problem with my neighbours phone line so getting very frustrated.
