Not able to connect to X

How can I not connect to X at home , but when I enter a different WiFi connection it is perfect

Are you saying that when you are connected to your own Wifi connection then X does not load or are you on mobile data when this is happening ?

Sorry, I am not connecting properly on my phone, using X app, but when at work on a different WiFi it's perfect

So my question above still stands, are you connecting on your own Wifi network or the Sky Mobile data one - which is it ?

Well , no, my home WiFi is not connecting properly, but someone suggested that it is an app problem, which I'm trying to resolve

Is your broadband provider Sky ?

Can you use other apps and access websites without any issues ?

Yes, provider is Sky , and all other apps are working great

Try changing your Sky Broadband shield settings. You can do this via the MySky app or online here:
