Not able to connecg

When I try to join the wifi, it says unable to join.

It was set up this morning

Are you entering the password correct so as it is printed on the card that came with the hub, it is also printed on the hub itself.

 

Have you checked that you are not entering a zero instead of a letter O or a number 1 instead of a letter l or vice versa ?
