Not Internet! Since this morning
No internet, i have green amber (internet ) green (wify) amber(voice).. after a.reset.. i have now. Green, amber ( internet ) and green (wify) voice is now Off. I reseted 3 times more. But to no avail, internet checks says all good and no problems in the area? What is the next step?

I have the same issue as Jose as does my next door neighbour. I have tested everything although the checks come back ok . The router the first light is green and on the internet it is yellow .
what are the next steps ?

Seems like the area W13 is having issues. Sky start working at 8am so hopefully they can find the problem. There are at least 15 users with same problem. So have to be something on the outside or from their end.

Outage start date: 26 July 2024
We know there's an outage in your area. You don't need to do anything - we're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner.
When it's fixed, your service will automatically start working again.
