we were booked in for a visit Thursday 5 December 8-1, but no engineer arrived and we haven't heard anything....

what do we do know?!

@Tracey126 you need to talk to Sky to find out what is happening so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
