No wifi

Have no WiFi. Has been bad for over a week now. I'm unable to use the TV unable to work. Please fix

@Donna1900  No one here can "fix" it as this is a customer helps customer community.

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

No WiFi, better be working for the football later. The rooter has green amber green amber  on it. Not four green lights.

@Donna1900  You're only talking to other customers, if there is a fault then stating it better be working later will have absolutely no effect on a fault.  It just doesn't work like that.

 

Creating a new thread won't help either, did you follow the steps in my reply to your 1st post?
