No wifi
At 2105hrs while watching movie programme suddenly dropped, heading came up 'wait while programme is loaded. Then all green lights changed to orange. System came back on for all off 20 seconds and then screen went blue and hub changed to two green lights one orange light and a blank 4th light. Have tried rebooting system also checked all cables, but nothing has changed. We have just changed to fibre after having similar problems earlier in the year. 😡😡😡 Not happy.

Re: No wifi
The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
