No wifi

We have been experiencing no WiFi for 2 days. Although all che ks say connection is okay none of our tablets, sky, phones etc are working. We may get a 5 minute burst when it seems okay then either nothing at all or constant lagging/wurring. We have tried all the usual initial things and are now at a loss with what to do. No issues before and been at this address 1 year.

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
