No wifi

I can't get Wi-Fi or to in my back room, what would you suggest

I'd suggest either replacing the Sky router with a better commercially available one or subscribing to Sky Max and getting a Sky Max router and wireless Pod to extend the wireless around the house.

 

You'll need to phone Sky in the morning on 150 to subscribe to the Sky Max service if that is the direction you'd like to move.

 

Please note, that Sky Max isn't currently available to Sky Q customers yet.
