No wifi signal

Hi I have been having the same issue for about 3 weeks now when watching tv it freezes then it says no wifi signal.  My small sky box is hard wired and all lights are green but when it cuts out we get 2 orange lights and a red light we have done all the checks re booting it switch of at the wall check all the wires but we keep getting this and it is getting very frustrating as I am paying for a service I am not getting full service
