No wifi (middle light amber) every night

I'm getting really tired of Sky broadband - every evening our wifi drops, the middle light flashes amber for hours and we can't connect, meaning we're left with no access to streaming services or the internet (my daughter is a student so really needs it).

 

The app says there are no problems, but clearly there is something wrong. Who can I contact about this to get it fixed as we can't find anywhere to report it on the app.
