No wifi - Kent

I'm in Kent, Ashford.

 

Sky tests online say no issues, but internet is not working. No wifi. Cannot load any web pages. 
TV Firestick ok.

Interesting the fire stick works.  The sky tests from the web are real time and so will report working from hours ago.

I live in the same area, had no internet this morning, when I  returned from work the same, the router is currently in and out of connection

I have reported this now, funnily enough my Amazon products are still working also, but nothing else. They seemed unaware until I asked the lady to look at these forums. They are apparently looking into it now

I have exactly the same issue (I'm near Gravesend in Kent) Broadband lost connection at 3.54am this morning according to an alert that appeared on my phone and it's not come back since. 

All Amazon Alexa's are still responding, called SKY 150 after rebooting everything myself, they got me to reset the router, said they did some tests and then said I need an engineer appointment, the earliest of which is next Tuesday ! It seems that my paying for Sky Broadband Boost for the last four years actually makes no difference to the speed of call-out so guess I can safely cancel that once this is resolved. 

Feels like they've pushed out an update to certain routers that has messed things up. Far from ideal when so many of us now have an elect of working from home.

I'm still having issues with no internet connection (Medway towns) despite the tests from Sky saying the connection is fine.

 

Clearly Sky have changed something backend that's screwing up Kent. Come Sky, sort it out!
