No tv or broadband

My tv and broadband have been out of service since Friday, I reported it on Saturday.  I had a message saying an engineer would fix it today (Tuesday) but can't find the message or a phone number to confirm it is being done today.  I work from home and need broadband to be able to work so is very important to get my service up and running

@TMW22  Once reported the fix SLA is 2 working days if not fixed by Wednesday Auto Compensation will kick in.

After you’ve told us your broadband and/or talk isn’t working at all, we have two full working days to fix it. If it’s not fixed, we’ll pay you £10.34 for each day until it is.

When will the compensation start

Your compensation will start from the third full working day.

If you report the problem on... Your compensation will start from...
Monday Thursday
Tuesday Friday
Wednesday Saturday
Thursday Tuesday
Friday Wednesday
Saturday Wednesday
Sunday Wednesday

Weekends and bank holidays aren't working days. We'll add one extra day if there’s a bank holiday between when you reported the problem and your compensation starting.

If you are new to the forum or this is your first post then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

It's worth mentioning that Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service and whilst Sky are apparently fine with its customers working from home using it for this purpose they won't receive any additional or quicker support.

I suspect that was a generic reference to the Openreach two working days target time to fix.  No domestic ISPs actually guarantee resolution within any particular timeframe.
