No telephone connection after upgrade to full fibre

I've just upgraded our Sky broadband package From copper wire to full Fibre. Our telephone (a Sky landline) was connected through an openreach copper wire box that provided the original copper wire broadband input to the hub.

The copper wire input to that box has now been removed. Unfortunately I can't simply connect the telephone unit to Sky's broadband hub as our phone was connected in another room via an extension Lead from the openreach Box. I don't want to have the phone located next to the hub, it would be very inconvenient.

Is there anyway to connect the old openreach Box, which connects to our other room via an extension lead, to the full fibre hub?

Potentially, yes, but neither Openreach or Sky will provide any support for that (despite this originally being intended as a user option)

You need to investigate 'Voice Re-injection'
